8. Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation Notice

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without incurring a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to the full session fee. 

b. No Show Policy

If a client fails to show up for a scheduled session without prior notification, the session will be considered a no-show, and the client will be charged the full session fee.

c. Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options without penalties.

d. Trainer Cancellations

If the trainer needs to cancel a session, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and the session will be rescheduled at a convenient time for the client. No fees will apply in this case.

e. Repeated Cancellations

Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice may be asked to prepay for future sessions to secure their slot.

f. Refund Policy

Refunds for prepaid sessions are not guaranteed. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We strive to provide fair and reasonable resolutions tailored to individual circumstances. No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows.
